LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC.,
by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of September A.D.
1972, and recorded in t~e office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for the County uL St. Lu~i~, State_of Flori~a, i.n Official
Record Book 206, Page 2585, granted and conveyed unto NEHI.7ERSEY ~
_RJALTY MORTGAGE COMPANY, a New Jersey Corporation and assigns, the
premises therein particularly described,'to secure the payment of the
sum of TL90 MILLION ($2,000,000.00) DOLLARS, wit~ interest as therein
mentioned, as modified pursuant to a Mortqage Extension Agreement
including George A. Costa and Lucille V. Costa, his wife, dated
November 26, 1973, recorded at Official Records Book 222, Page 821,
as modified again pursuant to a Mortgage Modification, Consolidation
and Extension Agreement, dated June 10, 1977, recorded at Official.
Records Book 274, Page 2297, all of which recordings were in Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida: -
A.vD WHEREAS, MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association.
is now the owner.and holder of said mortgage ~
A~VD WflEREAS, LUCILLE V. COSTA, is now owner of t~e property described
in said mortgage and has requested the said MIDL,ANTIC NATIONAL BANK
to release the premises hereinafter described, bein3 part of said
mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:
~OW THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That t~e said MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANR, as
well in consideration of the premises; the sum of one dollar and
other good and valuable consideration dollars, to it in hand paid
by the said LUCILLE V. COSTA at the time of the execution hereof, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and opera~ion of said
mortgage unto the said LUCILLE V. COSTA, her heirs and assigns, all
that niece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises -
conveyed by said ~nortgage* to wit:

MIDLANTIC NATIONAL BANK, reserves unto itself and its successors,
assigns, lessees and invitees until such time as the mortgage
referred to herein i-s satisfied in full, over the property
