. Before me, the undersigned Notary Public, personally ap_qearec~
ROBERT C. HAI~IER, who, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That Affiant was personally well acquainted with GEORGE CARROLL
HAMNER and RUTH CHAMBERS HAI~IER,-his wife. That the said GEORGE CARROLL
HAN~TER died on the 15th day of September, 1977, as more particularly
appears from certified copy of Death Certificate attached hereto. That
said persons were husband and wife on the Sth day of November, 197Z,
when they acquired title to a certain parcel of property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 5& 6 Block 1313 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 12,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 55, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
That said persons were husband and wife on the 9th day of January, 1970,
when they acquired title to a certain parcel of property located in St.
Luc~~ ~cunty, ~'Zeri3~; mQre partic~~larly described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 418 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTIOtJ 3, a Sub-
division according to the Plat thereof, recorded in-
Plat Book 12, Page 13A, af the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

That said persons were husband and wife on the 28th day of January~, 1970,
when they acquired title to a certain parcel of property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
~ Lots 2,3,4 Block 422 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 3,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 12, Page 13A, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
That Affiant knows that the marriage of said persons continued,
uninterrupted, until the death of the said decedent as shown on
attached death certificate. That no Federal or State inheritance
or estate taxes are due the Federal Governinent or the State of Florida
by said estate.
