C. ROSS, Deceased.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this
estate is real estate and personal bank accounts (checking and savings)
in excess of $25,000.00.
7. Petitianer is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8. `

accompanies this Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Last Will be admitted
to probate and that JOHN ELIOT THOMPSON be appointed Personal Representa-
