I, WILLIAM C. ROSS, a resident of the City o~ Fort ~
Lauderdale, County of Broward, State of Florida, being of sound
mind and disposing memory, realizing the uncertainty of this life, _
but with confidence in God and trust in His Son Jesus Christ, my
Lord, who died for my sins upon the cross, and rose again to justify
me and give me eternal life, I do hereby make, publish and declare
thi.s to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous
Wills heretofore made by me, including any Codicils or any other in-
strument of a testamentary character of any kind.
ARTICLE I,
It is my will and I do so direct, that all of my lawful and
just debts, including funeral expenaes and last illnesa, be paid with-
j out unnecessary delay by my Pereonal Repreeentative or his successor,
! hereinafter named and appainted.

~ I do hereby make, nominate, conatitute and appoint my nephew
~ JOHIJ ELIOT THOMPSON as the sole Personal Representative of this, my

~ Last Will and Testament, and requeat that he serve without bond and

= jurisdiction, if allowed by said Court, and eepecially empower my
Pereonal Representative or his successor, with full power and authority

to grant, bargain, sell, convey, asaign, transfer, release, mortgage
