JOHN ELIOT THOI~SON is unable to serve for any reason, then I do
hereby nominate and appoint my nephew EDWIN B. THOI~SON, as Personal
Representative of this, my Last Will and Testament, without the
necessity of posting bond or other surety.
ARTICLE III. ~
I hereby direct and instruct the Personal Representative of
my estate to liquidate all of the assets in my eetate, ~ncluding all
real estate, household furnishings and personal effecta that I own
at the time of my death into cash and after doing eo, to divide said
cash assets into six (6) equal shares; and I do hereby give, devise _
and bequeath one (1) share each to the following named parties, to-wit:

THOMPSON PELI.LY, my niece, and to the HEART ASSOC7.~ITIODI OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA. In the event that my belovod aister, CLARA ROSS
