and the Court finding that the decedent died on July 2, 1977, it is
' ADJUDGED that the Will bearing the date May 7, 1976 and
attested by MARIE J. FRAZIER and DENISE FORTNER, and notarized by ~
JACK A. BAXTER, is admitted to probate according to law, as and for
the Last Will of the decedent, and it is further
