THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 25th day of
July. 1978, upon the nleadings filed herein and the Court having ;
given full consideration to all the evi~ence and observed the ~

demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and ~

determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and ~

subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and_that the marriage is

irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ;

1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between ROGER LEE WATFORD
