ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Wife's Motion for
Contempt and upon the taking of testimony in open Court, and the
. Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,. it is
ORDERED
1. That the Court finds that the Husband, THURMAN D. WATERS,
is in arrears in his payment of child support;
2. That the Court has ordered the issua.nce of a Final
Judgment for the amount of the arrearage;
3. Tt~at the Court does not find THURMAN D. WATERS to be
in willful Contempt of this Court in that the Court finds that
~ TNURMAN D. WATERS' failure to comply with the Court Order relative
to child support was occasioned by the temporary financial
~
' inability of the said THURMAN D. WATERS to comply with said child
~
` support order;
' 4. That the Court orders THURMAN D. WATERS to comply in all
~
` respects with the Final Judgment entered by Circuit Judge Wallace
~
= Sample in this cause on March 16, 1973. :
