for Contempt and upon the taking of testimony in open Court
and upon the Affidavit of the Wife submitted to the Court, and
upon the Court-being otherwise fully advised in the premises it
is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the W~Lfe, BONNIE JEAN WATERS, does
recover from the Husband, THURMAN D. WATERS, the simn of $1,560.00,
plus costs in the amount of $12.00, for all of which let execution
issue .
