ORDER
This cause coming on for hearinq on Motion for Enforcement
and the parties announced to the Court an agreement.and the Court being ~
ful ly advi sed therei n, thereupon, i t i s hereby
ORDERED as follows:
1. That the agreed arrearage through August 18, 1978 is E409.50
including costs and defendant shall pay said arrearage as heretofore provided
weekly until said arrearage is paid.
2. Current weekly -installments are suspended until September 1,
~ 1978 on which date, defendant shall comnence monthly installments of ~100.00
~ per month until the s~n of ~10,400.00 ~s paid.

i Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by

the Clerk remitted promptly to GERTRUDE J. JAMES. In addition there is
~ hereby assessed the sum of ~2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each

~ payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order

~ or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of

this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
