STIPULATION AND VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and.between all
parties to this action that, because Letters of Guardianship have
been issued from this Court appointing JOSEPH MESSINA and ANGELENA
MESSINA guardians of ROBYN MESSINA, a minor, and, because the Defen-
dants, THE SCHOOL BOARD OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, ROBERT JEFFERSON and
NOLAN SKINNER, have agreed to permit said ROBYN MESSINA, a minor,
to enroll and attend classes at Central High School in St. Lucie
County, Florida, for the school 1978-1979, and to participate in
i all activities thereat, this cause is hereby dismissed voluntarily
~ pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.420(a).
