PETITION FOR ANCILLARY LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
Your Petitioner, SANDRA SPERLING HALEY, a citizen of the
United States, whose residence is 22520 Red Maple Lane, Saint
Clair Shores, Michigan 48080, would respectfully show un~o tn~s
Hanorable Court: ~
.1. That on the 21st day of March, 1978, FREDA N. SPERLING,
of Detroit, Michigan, departed this life at Detroit, Michigan,
leaving a Last Will and Testament, duly signed and attested as
your Petitioner believes, which said Will conforms to the laws of
the State of Florida, as to form and manner of execution, and has .
been duly admitted to probate and record in the Probate Court for
the County of Wayne and State of Michigan, the same being a Court
with Probate jurisdiction; that said Testatrix in said Will nom-
inated SANDRA SPERLING NALEY as Executrix thereof, and the said
SANDRA SPERLING HALEY duly qualified as Executrix, on the 12th day
of May, 1978, in the said Probate Court of the County of Wayne,
and the State of Michigan, an authenticated copy of which said
Will and probate proceedings had and said Probate Court of the
County of Wayne, Michigan, your Petitioner now presents to your
Honor for record.
2. That said Decedent left real property situate in Saint
Lucie County, Florida, which property is described as follows:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 78, PORT SAINT LUCIE,
Section 27, a Subdivision according to a
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat ~ooic i4,
Page 5, Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida; worth approximately $ 3,000.00
3. That said Decedent left real property situate in Charlotte
