4. That the surviving heirs at law of said Decedent are the
Petitioner, SHARON SPERLING SHINK, whose address is 5201 North
Hillcrest, North Street, Michigan 48049, and~CAROL SPERLING
BURCICKI, 8801 Farmbrook Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48224.
5. Your Petitioner is willing to accept and undertake the
trust confided in her.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that the said authenticated
copy of said Will and probate proceedings had in the Probate~Court
of the County of Wayne and State of Michigan may be admitted to
recoid in~this Court, and the ancillary letters testamentary thereon
may be issued to your Petitior~er, the said, SANDRA SPERLING HALEY, ~
upon due qualification, and that, according to the Will, a nominal

bond only be required of Petitioner, unless waived by all devisees

; under the Will, and that all other Orders necessary may be made.
