I, FRSDA N. SPBRLING, a resident of the City of Detroit, County of Wayne ~

and State of Ir[ichigan, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, ~
publish and declare this~to be my Last Will and Teatament,.hereby expressly .

revoking all former Wills and codicils to the same by me made, in manner and form

I give, devise and bequeath all of my property and estute, of every kind ~

SANDRA SPERLING HALEY, SNARON SPERLING SHINK AND CAROL SPERLING BURCICKI, to share
and share alike, and if any of them should predecease me, then her share to go to
her children living at the time of my death, to share and share alike. _
II.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, SANDRA SPERLII~G
HALEY Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I direct that nominal bon
only be required of her for the performance of her duties as such. I give unto
said Executrix full power to sell, at a price to be determined by her, mortgage,

~ ren[, manage,•control and in every way to use and deal with any and all property

; of my estate during the administration thereof, in such manaer as she in her sole

~ discretion shall deem best and Without application to any Court for leave or

~ confirmation, unless auch is required by law, to the extent that such acts shall

~ be required to pay my debts, if eny there be, and coats of administering iay estate.

III.
I further order and direct that the attorneys employed to probate my
~ eatate shall be paid no u?ore than the minimum rate of the Bsr Assodation minimum

~ fee schedule, with no extras.
