PETITION FOR SIJMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersi~ned Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above Estate as the
sister and half-brother of the decedent. Their names and addresses
are as set forth in Paragraph 3, and the name and address of their
attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition. ~
2. Decedent, MARY MYERS, whose last known address was
2040 East 93rd SCreet, Chicago, Illinois 60617, whose age was 77
years, and whose Social Security Number was 308-16-0444, died on
April 24, 1977, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
Cook County, Illinois.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
' this Estate_, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the
