9. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioners :
are unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of decedent. ~
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that an Order of Summary
Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in
this Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8 -
above. ~
