. The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Elbert E. Scott, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 28th day of September,
1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on October 14, 1977.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
makinq payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision .
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
