Nuisance. Nothing shall be done or maintained on any lot # which may be or become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. In the ~ ~ event of a dispute or question as to what may be or become a nuisance, such dispute ~ i or question shall be submitted to the Board of Directors, which shail render a i decision in writing, which decision shall be dispositive of such dispute or question 't ! ;1 ~ Section 11 . Signs. No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the ~ 'f public view on any lot except for the following: . ~ ~ :4 ~ i ;i _ A. The exctusive sales agent for the original builder of a single- } ~ ! family residence on any lot(s) may place one professional sign advertisi~g the ~ ~ property for sale not to exceed six square feet. a ~ ~ ; - ~ ~ ~ B. Homeowners shall not display or place any sign of any charac- ~ ~ ter including "for rent" or "for sale: signs except that a sign displaying the word ; ~ "open", not to exceed five square feet, may be disptayed during any time the home- ; ~ ~ owner or his designated representative is in attendance. ~ ~ : ; C. The size and design of all signs shall be subject to approval ± ~ by the Architectural Review Committee. s ; ~ ~ ~ << Sectior~ 12. Pets. No animals, birds or fowl shall be kept or main- ~ tained on any part of the property except dogs, cats and pet birds, which must be ~ ~ kept thereon in reasonable numbers as pets for the pleasure and use of the ~ ~ ~j occupants but not for any commercial use or purpose. All pets must be kept under ` ~ ;j control at all times and must not become a nuisance by barking or other acts. ~ ~ ~;~II pets must be on a leash or restraint when off their premises.
