its recordation in the public records of Martin County and St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

;E IX. EXCLUSIVE AGENCY LISTING i ~

For a period of thirty-six (36) months after the original sale, Woodrow ~

;:S. Safrit Realty, Inc., shail have the exclusive agency on right of resale of all lots, !
~ `j whether improved or unimproved. Any lot owner intending to sell his lot shall list ~
E the same for sale with Woodrow S. Safrit Realty, Inc. , for a period of eighty (80) ~
` days, and if Woodrow S. Safrit Realty, Inc., shall procure a purchaser ready, willin~
; ;f and able to purchase said lot, according to the terms of the fisting, then the ;
~ lot owner shall pay Woodrow S. Safrit Realty, Inc., a commission in the amount of :
i~ seven (7$) percent of the purchase price in the event of an improved lot or ten ;
~ (10$) percent commission on an unimproved lot. ~
