COMES NOW the undersigned attorneys ~and jointly petition the
Court to enter its Order continuing the trial of this~cause until
the October trial term and for grounds therefore would state that: ;
1. The deposition, by video tape, of the Plaintiff's treating ~
physician, Dr. George A. Turma~l, was taken on August 18, 1978. ~

2. There were several objections made to portions of the doc-
i
tor's testimony and/or questions asked which will have to be ruled
upon by the Court before the video tape can be prepared in final
form by the video technician.

3. There is no available time to accomplish this and/or to '
complete the preparation of the tape by the presently scheduled t

~ 4. This can be accomplished well before the October trial

~ best served by a continuance.
