The deposition, by video tape, of the Plaintiff's treating ~ physician, Dr. George A. Turma~l, was taken on August 18, 1978. ~ Y 2. There were several objections made to portions of the doc- i tor's testimony and/or questions asked which will have to be ruled upon by the Court before the video tape can be prepared in final form by the video technician. _ 3. There is no available time to accomplish this and/or to ' complete the preparation of the tape by the presently scheduled t ~ ~ ; ~ ~ trial date. ~ ~ ~ ~ 4.
