THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion of the Attorney
for the Plaintiff for the entry of an Order requiring Plaintiff
ta;deposit ELEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX and 39/100
($11,676.39) Dollars in the Registry of the above-styled Court in
order to pay pending judgments for costs and the Court being fully .
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF
~ FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION,be and is hereby directed to

j deposit the sum of ELEVEN.THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX and ~
~ 39/100 ($11,676.39) Dollars in the Registry of this Court to cover

~ the aforesaid Judgment for costs.~
~ (2) That upon the deposit of the sum of $11,676.39 by the

Plaintiff in the Registry of the Court, the Clerk of the Circuit

~ Court shall disburse said funds in the total~sum of $11,676.39
~ to the law firm of Brennan, McAliley, Hayskar & McAliley, the

~ attorneys for the Defendant-landowner and said law firm shall
