nature, and wheresoever situated, and whether acquired before
or after the execution of this, my La.st Will and Testament, be
divided into four (4) equal shares or parts; and I give, devise
and bequeath each of said equal shares or parts to the following:
~ One (1) said equal share or part to my brother,
FRANK CERVENKA, but in the event that he pre-
deceases me, direct that said part be given
to his wife, MARY CERVENKA. In the event that .

~ wife, MARY CERVEMCA, predecease me, I direct
that said part be equally divided between those

JERRY CERVENKA, ar~d to the survivor or survivors
of those persons mentioned in "(a)", anc~

that he does not survive me;
One (1) said equal share or part to my niece,
BARBARA BREWER, and to the surv3vor or survivors
of hose persons mentioned in b~ " and

that she does not survive me;~and ~
One (1) said equal share or part to ~r nephew,
JERRY CEA;~TENKA, Jr and to the survivor or _
