NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS WHOM
IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the
abave named Plaintiff against the above named defendants on the
28th day of August, 1978, in the above entitled Court, invblving
the following described real property situate, lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 6, Block 18, PARADISE P.ARK SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page 17,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated July 11, Z973, from Sam L.
Carter and Helen Carter, his wife, Mattie Mae Carter and
Constance Carter to First Federal Savings and Loan Association
of Fort Pierce,.which said indenture of mortgage is recorded
in Official Records Book 216 at page 2299 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
