The Grantor as owner of the real property located
. St. Lucie County, Florida described in the attached
Warranty Deed, being a portion~of Section 23, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 East, desires to and does
hereby impose upon the ~~i~ rea~ pr~p~rt3~ tt;€: f~l-
' lowing restrictions~and covenants:.
l. .Any resid~ential oanstruct-ion on ~ the premises shall wntain
