The Grantor as owner of the real property located
. St. I,ucie County, Florida described in the attached
Warranty Deed, being a portion of Section 23, Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 East, desires to and does
he~reb_y impose u~on the_ said real property the fol-
lowing restrictions and covenants:.
1. Any residential oonstructian on the prgnises shall oontain
~ not less than 1,000 square feet of living arna ~xclusive of
carportes, attached garage and porches.
2. No liv~e sboc.k. exoeptinc~ only horses and cattle, shall be- '
kept or maintained on the premises at any time.
3. No po~iltry shall be kept or mainta.ined on the preinises for
oonmercial pumoses. .
4. No c~og kennels, cat kexinels or other keru~els may be maintained
ori the premises at any time for ~.rcial purpo.ses.
5. There shall riot be cre~t~ed or p~ntutted to exist ~ any par~ _
of the said property ar~ du~ing ground, aoc~aua~lations of debris,
I exposed garbage, or any foul sinelling matter whatsoever. .
