said election by the qualified electors residing in said District
was fifty three (53); and
WHEREAS, it appears from the official returns of said election
so delivered to this Board and so canvassed by this Board that the
total number of votes cast in said election by the qualif~ed
electors residing in said District in favor of the creation and
establishment of said District was fifty three (53) and that the
total number of votes cast in said election by the.qualified electors
residing in said District against the creation and establishment
of said District was none (0).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, FOUND, DECLARED AND
CERT-IFIED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
in meeting assembied this 22nd day of August, 1978 as follaws:
1. That the_ total number of votes cast in said election by
the qualified electors residing in said District at the time of

election against the creati~n and establishment of said District was
none (0).
4. That said election was in all respects conducted in
accordance with law, all steps in connection with and oreceding
said election have been duly, regularly and lawfully taken, and all
provisions of the statutes and constitution of the State of Florida

5. That said returns shall be and are hereby entered and
recorded in the minutes of said Board and this ~esolution shall be '
recorded in the minutes of said Board.
