HomeMy WebLinkAbout0871 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the creation and establishment
of Special Improvement Service District No. 1 of St. Lucie County,
Florida, the bou~daries of which are as fo~lows:
North 25th Street, Avenue Q, North 33rd Street and
Avenue T
~and the levy of special assessments on all real property in said
District, includi~g homesteads, on an ad vaiorem basis of not
more than One Dollar and Fifty cents (~1.50) per One Thousand
Dollars (~1,000} annually on the assessed.value of.said property
as provided in Ordinance No. 72-2, as amended, and Resolution No.
78-63 is hereby validated and confirmed.
