of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gages") beinq more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COi~iPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DpLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
~ considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
~ knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h~ discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said
~ v Mortgages urito the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
tain ortion of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more _

That certain Condominium Parcel, being Unit No. 404 , a Condo-

~ minium" recorded in O.R. Book 254, page 2128, et. s~., Public
Records of said County and all Amendments thereto, including
~ an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condomi.nium

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien and
security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
C ments of record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3~~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of the Mortgages
~ and every part'thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nottiing
~~;d herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef-
~ a,~ fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the
