the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for leave to

intervene in this case and the Court having found tha t all parties
; were properly put on notice and having heard arguments presented
.and considered the evidence and testimony; the Court finds that

~ intervene iri this cause in matters limited to child support money

~ and enforcement thereof ; it is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and

Rehabilitative Services shall be and it is hereby substituted for
~ the mother of the minor child(ren) of this marriage in all matters
