THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the motion of
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services for leave to ~
intervene in this case and the Court having found tha t all parties
were properly put on notice and having heard arguments presented
' and considered the evidence and testimony; the Court finds that
the movant Department of Health and Retiabilitative Services has
~ an intQrest in this cause, to-wit, child support money and enf orce-
t ment thereof, it is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and_
Rehabilitative Services shall be and it is hereby granted leave to
intervene in this cause in matters limited to child suppart money
~ and enforcement thereof; it is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Department of Health and
~ Rehabilitative Ser vices shall be and it is hereby substituted for
the mother of the minor child(ren) of this marriage in all matters _

~ pertaining to child support money and enforcement thereof.
