THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 5th day of September,

1978, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent having been
present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the pramises, it is,
ADJUDGED that BAYLISS HOWELL had the financial ability to pay the
sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of willful contempt
of this Court for his willful failure to pay suppor.t payments as directed
by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto and by

reference made a part hereof. It is,
