ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the 5th day of ~
September, 1978, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent
having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised of the
premises, it is
ADJUDGED that JAMES WILLIAM MARBREY had the financial ability to
pay the sums hereinafter~referred to and is now adjudged guilty of

j willful contempt of this Court for h?s willful failure to pay support _

payments as directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt JAMES WILLIAM
~
~ MARBREY is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie
~ Caunty Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the first day of November,
~ 1978, or as soon thereafter as he may be found.
~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
~ . - -
incarceratioh) and be released by paying the sum of.$1,049.00 (arrears)

~ due as of September 5, 1978, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of this

~ County, together with costs of his arrest. You and your duly authorized
~
~ deputies are therefore, -

1~I,L AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody
the said JAMES WILLIAM MARBREY on the said date and deliver him to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this
Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
