for Atodification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and ~onsidered the testie?ony of ~itnesses and being
otherc~rise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED A~~TD ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;

ORDERED A,~'D ADJUDGID that coc~mencing on e ,

money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security
NumbQr and shall be made payable to the CLERiC OF TAE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
