ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND
~ ORDER OF CONTEMPT .
THIS~CAUSE having come before the Court on the Sth day of
September, 1978, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent
having been present in Court and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that PAUL J. PETERS, JR. had the financial ability to
' pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is nosa adjudged guilty of

; willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support
~ payments as directed~by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is

P attached hereto and by reference made.a part hereof. It is,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt PAUL J. PETERS
~ is hereby sentenced to serve thirty.days (30) days in the St. Lucie
County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the first day of November,
~ 1978, or as soon thereafter as he may be found. .

~ PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before ar after

incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 330.00 (arrears)

~ due as of the 5th day of September, 1978, to the Clerk of the Circuit

Court of this County, together with costs of his arrest.: You and your
duly authorized deputies are therefore,
~ ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody

~ the said PAUL J. PETERS on the said date and deliver him to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above.described

judgment and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court

~ shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
