_ORDER ON RULE TO SHOW CAUSE AND ORDER OF CONTEMPT
TNIS CAUSE having come before the Court bn the Sth day of September,
1978, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent having been
present in Court and the Court being f~lly advised in the premises, it is,
ADJUDGED that BILLY McCOY had the financial ability to pay the sums
hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty bf willful contempt
of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments as directed
by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof. It is, _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt BILLY McCOY is
~ hereby sentenced to serve thirty {30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail,

Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the lst day of December, 1978, or as

~ soon thereafter as he may be found.

f incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $362.00 (arrears)
i due as of September 5, 1978, to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of this

~ ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody

' the said BILLY McCOY on the said date and deliver him to the Sheriff of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judginent
and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and the Court shall be promptly ~
notified of his arrest. ~
