received proper and timely notice; the Court having heard testimony and/or
considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers filed herein,
and being othervise fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERF.D AND ADJUDGID that the minor child(ren)
CYRIL CHRISTOPHER DOBSON, D.O.B. 6-12-68
(is)(are) declared to ba the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
NORRIS RAHMING , and LENORA SIMMONS .

4~ he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the
- Defendant until further order of this Court or receipt of Alot'ice to Discontinue
~ Payments from the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the afore-
' said natural mother or person having custody of the child(ren).
