THIS DEED, made and entered into on this the day of
August, 1978, by and between BLANCHE W. VICARS, a widow, party of
the first part, and JAMES W. VICARS, party of the second part, of
3801 Broadland Trail, Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky 40222,

THAT the party of.the first part, for and in consideration
. ~
of the love and affection for the party of the second part, her son,
has this date bargained and sold and does hereby grant and convey
unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever,
the tollowing described property, together with all improvements
thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, located in the County
af St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Being all of Lots 27, 2$, 29, 30, 31 and 32, Block ~
56, St. Lucie Plaza Subdivision, Unit No. 1, as
shown on the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5,
Page 57, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and,
~ Being the same property conveyed to first party by
three separate deeds, as follows: from James Webb, ~
Sr., dated the 19th day o£ May, 1969, and recorded••
in DR Book 178, Page 134; from James Webb, unmarried,
dated the 23rd day of November, I962, and of record
in DR Book 7S, Page 202; and, from G. Albert Bloodworth, '
et al., dated the Sth day of January, 1973, and of
record in DR Book 227, Page 330; all in the Of€ice of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described property unto the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever.
And the said party of the first part does hereby release
and relinquish unto the said party of the second part, his.heirs
and a'ssigns, all of her ( f irst party' s) right, title and ir}terest
in and to said property, including dower, curtesy, and the Homestead
Exemption and any and all other exemptions as allowed by law, and
does hereby covenant to and with the said party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns, that she (first party) is lawfully seized in
fee simple of said property and has good and lawful right to sell
and~convey the same as is herein done, and that the title to said
property is free, clear and unencumbered and that she (first party)
will WARRAVT GENERALLY, the said title.
This conveyance is made subject to all easements and
restrictions which may appear of record. .
