YERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

THIS INOENTURE, executed the 7th day of September, 1978, ~
between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Per-
sonal Representative of the Estate of ALBERT W. GROVE, deceased,
party of the first part, and OLIVER LEON WALKER, of the County af
St. Lucie, State of Florida, party of the second part, whose address
is:_ 1206 Avenue B, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450
WITNESSETH: The party of the first part, pursuant to the
Order Authorizing Sale which was entered on September 6, 1978, in ~
the Estate of Albert W. Grove, deceased, St. Lucie County Probate ~
Case ~k78-S9. and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars
and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid, do qrant,
bargain, sell, remise, release, convey and confirm to the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real
property~situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
The North 24 feet of Lot 7 and the South 48 feet
of Lot 8, Block 22, PINEWOOD SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, Page 24,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
. TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary and in and abotit the sale and this conveyance, the orders
of the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all re-
spects .
