?he use oP Besch Club Colony Condominium property shall be in
accordnnae with the following provisions:

The oommon elemente ahall be used only for the purposea for xhich they
were intended in tha furniahing of services ead facilities for the en~oyment
of the apartment residents. Ho personal property ahall be atored in either
the laundry or a?ir eonditioning rooma by any member, guest, or tenant.
Violntions will be phyaieally removed and discarded es trash. Laundry Pacilities
ahall be for the usa of ownera or residenta OALY.

No nuisences shall be allo~ed upon the condominium property, nor any use
~ or prnctiae that is the source of annoya.nee to reaidents or whiah interfere
~ with the peaceful posse8afon and proper use o!' the eondominium property by
~ its residents. /lll parts oP the aondominium property shall be kept in a alee?n
~s and sanitary condition, and no rubbiah, reflise or garbage allowed to accumulate
~ nor any fire hasard allowed to ezist. Garbage must be seaured in plastic tie
~ bags. No apartment owner shall permit any use of his apartment or make any
~ use of the common~elements which w~ll inerease the cost of insuranee upon the
~ condominium property.

R~ios, stereos, and televisions must be ~layed with the volume low enough
r~ aB not constitute a nuisanoe. Complain s of thia nature must be correeted
~ immediately. APter 10:00 P.l[., ~olume should be reduced so that sounda cannot
be heard in ad~acent apartments.
