No ~ rooms may be re~ted and no trnnsient tenants me?y be accomadated. ~ ?he followring proaedure YIIST be used in leasing of an apartment by an owner ~ or his agenti ~ a) Aa apartment oxner intending to make a bonafide leeae~of his apartmeat ~ or nny intereat in it, shall gi~e to the Association notiae of auoh intention, together with the nane and address of the intended lessee, such other information concerning the intended lessee aa the bssociation may reasonably require, and an exeauted copy of the proposed leaae. b) All t'uture and renewal leaaea nust coatain as an inte6ral part of the lease, =3 s eopy of these 8ules and Regulations, whieh ~uat be initialed by the lessee irhen the ezeauted copy of the lease fa submitted to th~j6 Aasociation for = eonsideration. Along xith the lease, a oompleted appliaation will be required ~ which will contain information about the sise and age8 o:'t he fa~ily group, ~ ~oceupation, preiioua addreases, and other pertinant information.
