without aharge. Saah apartmeat o~vner has been easigpei e space and its
number is alearly marked on the spaoe. BenaePorth ~re reqneat that you use
your own parlcing spaoe, and oaly your own. Three guest apaaea are provided
at eaoh end of Building A, and are to be used by bonafide gueata only.
If you need additional parking space, arrangements may be mede to rent ft
from the Treasurer of the Assooiation at a rental fee of =20,00 per month, ger
ape?ce.
Llpartasent owners may grant pera?ission to other owners to use their spaaea
on a"when a~ailable" basis only. Such permission must be in writing and
filed with the Treaaurer oP the Aaaociation.
The parking of trai-lers, including boat trsilers, commercial vehicles, csmpers
or recreation ~ehicles~of any kind ia atrictly prohibited, azcept on a
temporary basis (less than 24 hours).
Thsre is to be absolutely ao parking on the lewn area.
~ ~da~or automotitie repairs are not permitted on the premises.
The eurrent congested situatioa ia the parking lot requires strict _
- enPorcement of this rule. Repeating offenders wfll have their cars towed
axay at their expen9e.
A11 of the above ryulea have been adopted by the Condominium Association
end will be enforced by every legal neaas a~ailable.
