FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of September, 1978
and the Court having given full consideratioi: to all the evidence,
finds and determines: ~This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
! l. The marriage between JOHN W. DURHAM and MARY ELLEN ~

DURHAM be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each .

f . of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- ~
! fore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. Custody of VICTORIA CELESTE DURHAM, minor cllild of the

~ parties, is hereby awarded to MARY ELLEN DURHAM with reasonable
~ visitation rights reserved to JOHN W. DURHAM. JOHN W. DURHAM is

~ further granted the right to have the said minor child away from the
~
~
residence of MARY ELLEN DURHAM on the fourth weekend of each month
~ from Friday at 6 o'clock p.m. until the following Sunday at 7 o'clock
~
~
= p.m. commencing September 29, 1978. The.Husband shall be responsible

~ for the transportation of the said minor child to and from the

- residence of the Wife.
