3. Custody of DAVID BRIEN DURHAM and STEPI~N PATRICK DURHAM,
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to JOHI~I W. DURHAM
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to MARY ELLEN DURHAM.
MARY ELLEN DURHAM is granted the right to have the minor children
vi~sit and be with her away from the residence of JOHN W. DURHAM on
the third weekend of each month from Friday at 6 o'c'lock p.m. until
the following Sunday at 7 o'clock p.m. ~Said visitation rights shall
begin October 20, 1978. The Wife shall be responsible for the trans-
portation of the said minor children to and from the residence of the
Husband when exercising such visitation rights. -
4. The Husband and Wife shall alternate the major holidays
with visitation rights of the minor children. Commencing with ~
. Thanksgiving of 1978, the Husband, JOHN W. DURHAM, shall have the
right to have the three minor children above named visit and be with
him and that each year thereafter the visitation rights on Thanksgiving
~ Day shall be alternated between the parties. That MARY ELLEN DURHAM
~
~ shall have the right to have the minor children above named visit

and be with her on Christmas Day of 1978 and that thereafter the

~ visitation rights shall alternate between the Husband and the Wife on
~ Christmas Day. That on Easter Day of 1979 the Husband shall have the

~ right to have the minor children above named visit and be with him
~ and that thereafter the visitation rights shall alternate between the
~
~
~ parties hereto. That visitation rights during the summer vacation
~
~
~ period shall be worked out between the parties hereto but each party
~ shall have the right to have the~minor children above named visit
~
; and be with them for not less than two weeks during the sum,mer
{

' vacation period. ~
