5. Commencing the 8th day of September, 1978, JOHN W.
DURHAM shall pay to MARY ELLEN DURHAM the sum of $15 each and every
week for the support of the minor child, VICTORIA CELESTE DURHAM. •
Each payment shall be made to the clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to MARY ELLEN DURHAM, c/o Doyle,
3171 Egremont Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406. In,addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the clerk of this Court advised of their mailing
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.

6. The Wife, MARY ELLEN DURHAM, by appropriate instrument `
shall convey her interest in the real property located in St. Lucie
County,Florida and in the State of Colorado to the Husband and the
Husband is to pay the Wife the sum of $7,000 for her inte~est in
j said properties in the manner following: $3,500 within thirty days

; ~ from the c3ate of this Judgment and the balance to be paid within a
.
j reasonable time thereafter. The ~ime for the such payment shall be
~ amicably agreed upon between the parties hereto. ~That upon the
receipt by the Wife of the $7,000 the instrument above referred to
~
shall be executed by her and deZivered to the Husband or hi:s counsel
.of record. The Husband is taking the property subject to any out-
~
~ .
~ standing liens or encumbrances.

~ 7. That MARY ELLEN DURHAM be and she is hereby authorized
~ ;
~ to assume her former name of MARY ELLEN DOYLE and to,use the same in {
; all respects as~if said marriage had not intervened.
