ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on September 8, 1978 on that
portion of the Wife's Petition seeking temporary relief and the Caurt
having heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of
counsel and being fully advised in the premises. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the custody of the minor childre~ issue of the
marriage, TAMMY LOUISE ANDERSON, STACY LEE ANDERSO~t and ANTHONY WAYNE
ANDERSON, is awarded to the Wife, MONIKA ROSE MARIE ANDERSON, granting
; unto the Husband reasonable rights of visitation.

2. That the marital dwelling jointly owned by the parties

; hereto located at Route 3, Box 486C, Sneed Road, Fort Pierce, Florida
~
~ tagether with the furniture and furnishings located therein is awarded
I
to the Wife and the minor children granting unto the Husband the right
~ to remove his personal effects therefrom on or before 12 o'clock noon
~ .
~ Thur.sday, September 14, 1978.
3. That commencing Friday, September 8, 1978 and Friday of
each week thereafter the Husband is to pay to the Wife the sum of
~ $50 for the support and maintenance of the minor children above named.

~ Each payment shall be made to the clerk of this Court and

~ by him remitted promptly to MONIKA ROSE MARIE ANDERSON at Route 3,

3 Box 486C, Sneed Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition there
