is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
~each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
4. _That the~Husband ~n additi.on to the payment of the $50
child support shall pay the monthly utility bills on the marital
dwelling not to exceed $ 50 and the mortgage payments and insurance
and taxes when the same become due and before they become delinquent.
5. That the Husband shall ~ay to the law firm of Willes,
'
-Bittan & Willes the sum of $34.50 Court costs expended and the re-
quest for temporary attorneys' fees is reserved until final hearing
in said cause.
6. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife one-half of the
expenses of the Wife and the minor children to reside in the Holi~ay
; Inn near the turnpike in Fort Pierce, Florida to and including

~ September 14, 1978 at 12 o'clock noon.
I - 7. That the Husband, ROBERT L. ANDERSON, be and he is hereby ;
~ enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing _

' or using physical violence on the Wife, MONIKA ROSE MARIE ANDERSON,

or the minor children above named until further order of this Court.

All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are directed to

render such assistance to the Wife and the minor children as may be ;

y necessary to insure the Husband's compliance with this Paragraph of ~
