RESOLUTION N0. 78-83
SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Gommissioners of St. Lucie
Cour~ty, pursuant to the provisions o~ Chapter 65-2181, Laws
of Florida, 1965, on the 16th day of January, 1978, filed a
lien against any property.owned by MANUEL LESESNE, 1505
Edgewood Terrace, Ft. Pierce, Florida, in the amount of
$250.14, said lien being recorded in OR Book 280 a~ page

1269 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 5~h day of September, 1978, that said Board
does hereby acknowledge the payment and satisfaction of said
lien and directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said CQUnty
to cancel the same.of record. .
