ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the the Motion to Dismiss is denied_as to
Count I of the Complaint, except that the word "oral" is to be inter-
lineated before the word "contract" in paragraph one of said_Count I;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Count II of the Complaint of the
Plaintiff, HENRY ROBINSON, is dismissed for failure to state a cause
