DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 12th day of September, 1978,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, ~
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that~the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that ~he marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RALTZ
; WILBUR HANCOCK and DOROTHY W. HANCOCK be and the same is hereby

~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
~
~ • from the b~nds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
l ~ ~
~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted
:
~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
s
~ parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~ . 3. JURZSDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
~ hereto; is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
~
~ proper.
