Wife . - FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This action came on for hearing on the 12th day of September, 1978, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, ~inds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the rela- tionship of husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ~ 1. DISSOLUTIO:~ OF MARRIAGE. -The marriage betwee~n the.Peti- ~ t ~ tioner, MILDRED KOBLANK PARKS, and the Respondent, JESSE JAMES i r ~ PARKS, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and- ~ each of them are forever freed from the obligations arising there- ~ - i ~ from. ~ ~ 2. AGREEMENT. The Separation and Property Settlement Agree- ~ ~ ~ ment executed by the parties and dated September 7, 1978, was ~ ~ freely entered into by the parties after a full disclosure and ~ - ~ under the circumstances that appear from the evidence to be for ~ ~ the best interest of the parties; and in its entirety_the agreement - is incorporated by reference into this judgment, and the parties ' : ; ~ are ordered to comply with all terms of the agreement. ~ 3. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN~NAME. The Petitioner, MILDRED ; _ ~ . KOBLANK PARKS, is hereby restored to her maiden name, MILDRED a ~ KOBLANK. J 3 4. JURISDICTION.
